Have you looked through the help files?  There’s a section on configuring Web Access for Windows authentication that should have all the instructions you need.  If you’ve already followed those steps, can you elaborate a bit on where you’re having trouble?  It’s difficult to make suggestions without knowing what isn’t working.  Thanks!
