With Business Processes in Workflow 9, we allow you to easily store all the necessary information to build powerful reports. For basic out-of-the-box reports, I would recommend your client look into theWorkflow Statistics Report Results. This allows them to quickly see basic reporting information regarding a particular business process.
To build more powerful reports, please refer to the Business Process Reporting and Basic Business Process Terminology help files. All the information stored from business process activities can be found in SQL tables within the Workflow9 database.
Once your client knows what they want to report on, with theses tables, they can use SQL Reporting Tools to build these reports.
