AuditTrail - template name filter ?

Customer would like to run a create report for all documents created with a specific template. Does the audit trail have a [template name] filter that we can apply?

The Audit Trail report does have a template name filter that you can apply.  The Laserfiche server records creation and template assignment events separately, so you wouldn't directly search for "created with template X".  Depending on your scenario, maybe you can use the template assigned event.

Presales' answer above might solve your problem, but of course the client can't give you information about documents that no longer exist.

You can create this report using Laserfiche Search in the Client or Web Access. Combining a date search with a field search will allow your customer to find all documents created at a certain time with a certain template applied:

 

 

Once you have applied a relevant column display, you can also use Export List Contents to export the report to .csv format.
