Radio button data capture in Forms

If you have a radio button on a form and choose the Add Other option, how do you pull that information from Retrieve Forms Content activity in Workflow.  One can just type in "Other" as an option and then have a field below it labeled explain (with a rule that only shows the explain field if "Other" is chosen, and get that information through Retreive Forms Content, but let's say you want to put what was in the explain portion in a template field and you were using the checkbox on the form for "Add Other."  How would one pull the value in the Explain field then?

This is pretty straightforward.  If you use the “Add Other” option with your radio button field, the values entered by your users are captured automatically.  You can use “Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content” to get the value, and then “Assign Field Values” to add that value as metadata to a document.
