Laserfiche Mobile Image Processing Service

Hi,

 

We have a customer who's running Web Access with the iOS mobile app integration. They've noticed that the Mobile Image Processing Service is not started. Is that normal?

Hello,

 

The Laserfiche Mobile Image Processing Service is used to process images imported through Laserfiche Mobile. If the service is not started, this image processing will not be available.

 

The service being in a not started state is not normal. Go ahead and try to start it. If it does not start, you should install .NET 3.5. (Our installer might incorrectly detect .NET 4 as a prerequisite, but .NET 4 is different than previous versions.)

 

If it still does not work, I would recommend opening a case with Support.
