Looking for examples or documentation of forms tied to a workflow. There seem to be be multiple ways to do this

There are several ways to connect Laserfiche Workflow with Forms. Have you taken a look at the Forms help files? It does a pretty good job of detailing the steps necessary to get information flowing from Forms to Workflow.
