The client is complaining that after their Laserfiche server upgrade to 8.3, the thumbnails are 'blurry' at not readable. I've taken a look personally at their thumbnails and they appear to be fine. However, someone told me that there may be an option to increase the resolution of the thumbnails in the Laserfiche client, but I don't know if that's really a function. By default, I understand that we can taper down the thumbnail resolution from the default, but not increase it. At any rate, I've deleted their old LFT files and had them recreate them, and the client still complains of 'poor readability.' Of course, this is their opinion and I don't think I agree with their comments about readability, but I was wondering if there was something I could do for them.

If you’re referring to the thumbnail view in the folder browser, you can increase the size of them by going to View then down to Thumbnails option. If you’re referring to the thumbnail pane inside of the image viewer that’s a different story. Currently there isn’t a way to change the size of those thumbnails. As for thumbnails being blurry, it seems like you already tried the fix I was going to recommend.
