License Sharing Limitations

If a customer insists on sharing user IDs for budgetary reasons, what is the limit to online access per user ID?

Sharing user licenses is a direct violation of our licensing agreement. Because it is illegal to have more than one person taking advantage of a single named user license, the limit is set at one.
