I have a business process in Laserfiche Cloud where Boards & Commissions clerks can upload one or more files to make them available on our Public Portal. Our Boards & Commissions require that they also upload individual links to each file (for the current year) on our website. So, the process for each clerk is as follows:

1. Upload documents to the (business process) form.
2. Receive an email notification which contains links to the files uploaded.
3. Copy links from the email notification and post them onto their Board or Commission webpage.

I have 3 different file upload fields on the form for Agenda, Minutes, and Supporting Files.

If they upload only 1 file, I have an email notification task that sends email with a link to that file... no problem. When they upload multiple files, I have a separate email notification in which I list the IDs of the files uploaded, and I tell them to insert each ID into a URL format that I list below the IDs. For example,

IDs are 1, 2, 3...

replace [insert_ID_here] into the following URL with each ID listed above
https://portal.laserfiche.com/Portal/DocView.aspx?id=[insert_ID_here]&repo=r-whatever

Some clerks get confused by this and don't know what to do. I'd like to just list each link individually on the email notification.

Is this possible?
