Laserfiche Connections to Skyward SMS Database Failing with Broker Rejects Connection

Hey all,

 

We have various Laserfiche applications (workflows and forms) that query our Skyward SMS (Progress) database .  This has worked for many years, however, recently, we've suddenly been getting the "Broker Rejects Connection" error message.  Connections on the Skyward Progress database side are not getting disposed.  Has anyone seen this issue?

Is there a more detailed error in the Workflow activity log or the Forms event viewer?

Forms and Workflow can both run multiple instances concurrently, so that may also be a potential cause if there's been an increased in the load for either one of them.
