I am building a workflow that will run once a year, that is initiated by me. The Workflow will read a table in the database and do a series of things for each row in that table. Because this runs once a year, I have a "review_cycle_id" that is linked to the year. 

Other than creating a Token to which I assign the value myself, is there a way for workflow to prompt for this token value instead of my hard-writing it?
