1. AI-Assisted Form Fill:
Make forms faster and easier to complete by letting Laserfiche AI automatically populate form fields with information extracted from uploaded documents. When building a form, designers can enable this feature with a single setting on the file upload field. When someone uploads a file to an enabled field, Laserfiche AI reads the document, identifies the relevant data, and determines on its own which form fields the information belongs in. It then populates those fields automatically, providing a faster, less manual form experience for the person submitting information, with minimal configuration for form designers.
Note: AI-assisted form fill is subject to AI unit consumption. Refer to the product documentation for the most current information on how Laserfiche AI usage is measured.

2. New Capabilities Added to Directed Agents
When using Agents to execute more complex, multi-step tasks, you now have the option to review and approve the Agent’s full plan upfront, instead of manually confirming each individual step. Agents also now support additional actions related to Collections, including creating new Collections and deleting existing ones.
3. More Visibility into AI Usage
The Plan page now provides more detailed visibility into your account’s AI usage by showing a breakdown of AI unit consumption by feature. This helps admins understand what’s driving usage and spot inefficiencies that may be inflating consumption, making it easier to manage AI resources more effectively.
4. Updated Software Development Kit (SDK)
SDK 12 is now available, delivering upgraded versions of the Repository Access and supporting integration libraries, enhanced security, and NuGet distribution for a more modern installation and deployment experience. Documentation is also now available in the Laserfiche Developer Center. Organizations using earlier SDK versions to connect to Laserfiche Cloud should begin planning to migrate to SDK 12 or the Laserfiche API, as those connections will be discontinued in the future.
5. Configure Audit Data Retention
You can now configure and enforce how long audit data is retained in Audit Trail for your account. This update gives administrators the control they need to meet compliance requirements and manage data growth.
6. Daily Web Request Allotment Visibility
Admins can now view the number of daily web requests available for their account from the Plan page in Account Administration. Accounts that need a higher allotment can purchase additional capacity as an add-on.
