One of my form is suddenly super slow

We have a form that was working fine until last week, but it has suddenly become extremely slow. Have you seen this issue before, or do you know how to resolve it?

At first, we suspected our local SQL Server, but that does not appear to be the case since our other forms are still responsive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check if someone made changes to the form. You can also check Event Viewer > Applications and Services Logs > Laserfiche >Forms >App >Admin and Operational log or forms debug logs to see what may be causing the issue. Also, if you check in monitor, see what step is causing the delay. If the form completes without errors but does so slowly, it could be resource usage on the Forms VM or the DB for example. Otherwise, if a specific lookup query is causing an issue, you could check SQL profiler or XEvent profiler session in SSMS to see what query is being executed for the forms DB during a repro.
