We are in the process on upgrading to 12 and moving to Cloud. One of the areas I've been asked to look at improving is how fuel bills and BOLs are handled (c-stores). This would include how the documentation is handled (which is currently scanned in my each location daily to a network folder and brough into our repository for storage), and possibly using a Smart Fields template to create a CSV import for PDI instead of manually keying each delivery at each location (which results in numerous date/time errors currently). 

Does anyone have a similar process in place? I'm just looking for some ideas to guide me on what's realistically possible. I don't have all the details yet, but I believe many of the issues they face stem from the carrier and aren't necessarily something we can address internally.
