Workflow HTTP Request Activity support for pem files?

This vendor, Docusign, gave us pem files instead of straight forward creds to access their REST API.

Is there any support for this with the HTTP Request activity. ChatGPT is recommending we add a C# script activity to generate a jwt string. I would rather not add code if not necessary as I have hooked up to 100 different Rest APIs with workflow over the decades without the need for any code.

This would be a step back 20 years, not a step forward. REST is popular because it is a no-code easy to understand bridge to your data.

Not sure if you're looking for a Laserfiche Cloud Docusign solution, but we have one here if you're interested:  Laserfiche Cloud DocuSign Integration.  I wrote the scripts we provide, and yes, they use that clunky .pem file Docusign provides no problem :)

Oh this was on-prem. We ended up using the C# Script activity in order to support .pem based auth. It would be nice if the HTTP Request activity had support for this, but out of dozens of vendor REST APIs I have worked with none of them use .pem files for auth, using creds instead, so DocuSign went against the grain on this one.

Ah, well good on you for working through it.  Docusign's .pem is silly, maybe one day they'll update their API usage.
