As part of this update, unauthenticated users may be prompted to complete a CAPTCHA verification when accessing documents on the portal. This step helps confirm legitimate human activity and provides an added layer of defense against bots and suspicious traffic.

Most visitors to the public portal should experience little to no change beyond the occasional verification prompt. If a user has difficulty completing the verification or accessing the site, they should refresh the page and try again. Continued issues can be reported to the support team for assistance.
