There is a button here in the embedded PDF document viewer for the Windows Client to show the Acrobat Toolbar.

A user found a way to always make their toolbar appear when opening a document without having to click this button and now everyone else in the company wants the same feature, to save one click. Yet the user who did it does not know how they did it. Does anyone know?
