I do not see Laserfiche Mobile in the On-Prem installer any longer.
If there is no version 12 for Mobile I do not see any version 11 downloads available on the support site.
There is no Laserfiche Mobile Server 12 as yet so it won't appear in the LF12 Installer. The latest version of Laserfiche Mobile is 11.0.0.1 is included in the LF11 installation ISO. It is under Additional Components listed as Laserfiche Mobile Server Installation.
Downloading now. It is no longer on the downloads page. Laserfiche 12 comes back with 3 hits but no results for Laserfiche 11
Can you clarify what you meant by it's "no longer on the downloads page"?

Which directs you to "Software versions and fixes included in the Laserfiche 11 Download Package" here:
Which lists "Laserfiche Mobile Server 11 (11.0.1.1)" in the included software list.
That is, to the best of my recollection, how it's been for years.
Oh I see. I saw that page when choosing Product Support > Product Downloads but never noticed the small download links on the right.
I have been going to the page below for years now. Laserfiche 11 is back on there now but last week it was not. Good to know about the other page. Recommend making those download links look like a big orange button though to make it stand out more.

Yeah, I don't use the support site "search" function to find product downloads unless it's something explicitly not on https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014263/software-versions-and-fixes-included-in-the-laserfiche-11-download-package like an LF11 hotfix KB not yet rolled into the main package.
The search results are decidedly not hand-curated by us and somewhat at the whims of however the underlying search engine decides to rank things that day. That's the primary reason why we updated the Product Downloads button on the main page point at the link above instead of launching a search a year or two ago.
One correction to what Shawn mentioned. For Forms there will be no Laserfiche Mobile Server as it is now baked into Forms 12 and uses the new Forms mobile app. The repository mobile 12 has not been released yet so it is unknown what that will look like unless Laserfiche shares that information with us.
