ODBC on DB2 for LUW on Forms Lookup

We have a DB2 for LUW database that we are trying to connect to, we have an ODBC configuration that is working when querying through LF Workflow. 

 

When setting up a lookup rule with the same ODBC connection, we are able to see table names and column names, but when actually filling values, we do not get any results: 

 

When checking the event logs, we see the following error: 

MVIADMIN is the name of the user who is connecting to the database, not the schema name. We have set the 'CurrentSchema' in the ODBC connection, but continue to see this issue. 

 

Has anyone seen this before or is familiar with using Laserfiche forms with an ODBC connection to a DB2 database?

I don't use DB2 but am trying to help you out.  I see there is also this note as well:

So I'm not sure if that helps or not
