When a user browses our public records and finds a document, if they click on the document, the file opens with this URL:

https://weblink.toaks.org/WeblinkPublic/DocView.aspx?id=3429&dbid=0&repo=CTO
and they can View the document without a problem.

We found, however, if they right-click and choose Share Link, the URL becomes:
https://weblink.toaks.org/WeblinkPublic/ElectronicFile.aspx?docid=3427&dbid=0&repo=CTO
and when pasted that URL, the message is "The electronic file is empty. DocID = 3427"

Does anyone know how to update the Share Link url to use DocView and ID instead of ElectronicFile and docid?
