asked on July 10 • Show version history

Hi all,
In WF 12, Does anybody know how to retrieve all records from a table name Supply List location in SQL?
Columns:

Item, description, cost

I would retrieve all record so i can place them in a MS Word 365 file that has cells. I already have my Word file ready with MergeFields.

Thanks In Advance

@Carlos@████████,

Use a Custom Query in Workflow. Use the SQL command:

"Select Item, description, cost from {tablename}".

Don't use a where condition. This select statement will return all rows from {tablename} with those 3 columns.
Then in the workflow, use a For Each Row task to cycle thru each result in the SQL table.
