Unable to load dll

Laserfiche Version 12 Self-Hosted

I keep getting this pop up from nowhere. I just updated Laserfiche 12 as you can see in the screenshot.

Anyone that can advise on the cause of this error and how to resolve this

cldapi.dll is a Microsoft dll that should be present at C:\Windows\System32\cldapi.dll and C:\Windows\SysWOW64\cldapi.dll. Can you check if it's there? If you haven't rebooted recently, that's always a good first troubleshooting step.

Hi Brian,

THe file is in neither of the locations.

I have rebooted several times.

Could you please get the full version of the OS? Search 'System Infomration' in Start button (Windows logo) and the version shows here, e.g.

Hi Mark,

Office Integration 12 does not support Server 2016.

The OS Office Integration 12 supports: Win11, Win 10, Server 2025, Server 2022 and Server 2019.

Also, check AV, perhaps the file has been quarantined.
