400: Bad Request Error - Web Request activity in Workflow

We are running version 12 of Workflow (Build 12.0.2503.2695) but using version 11 of the workflow designer. This is working when tested in POSTMAN so we know the configuration is accurate, but I continue to get a 400 Bad Request error in Workflow (see below). Could this possibly be related to the designer version itself?

In Laserfiche,the web service refers to the bold part and the URI refers to the non-bold part of an endpoint.

https://somedomain.com/api?key=123

You have https both in your web service and your URI. You only want https and the domain in the web service. Also your service appears to be a forms server rather than the API endpoint. Click on the web service drop down and create a new entry for https://courtonedev

Then start your URI with /TEST_...

The full error is on the screenshot, right under Content Length. You should be able to copy it and paste it into a text editor to make it easier to read, but likely it just says that your Forms server doesn't understand what you tried to send.
