Turn off FaceID on LF mobile

Hello, I have been lots of reports of my users getting the forms web site instead of the regular forms UI in the app. Looks like this.

The sign in with Face ID and repository\Forms Server selection is stuck on the bottom. I thought that if I could turn off Face ID, that would fix the issue. However when you select sign in with Face ID, you get that message at the top. My user is signed in. Seems like a bug in the app.
Is there anywhere I can turn off Face ID or anything else I can try to get the app to behave properly? The LF mobile app version is 2026.04.21

Can you try toggle FaceID in iOS Settings > Laserfiche to off, log in, quit app, turn back on and try log in but with Face ID? Is there any change?

You can also check LF App settings for the FaceID option. You should be able to set to the desired setting on both the app and iOS settings.

Try reinstalling the app.

For me, FaceID login works as expected on 2026.04.21.
