Do you have multiple lf.licx files in C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Server or is there one present at all?
Try restarting the LFDS service and ensure you're using the correct license file corresponding to the HWFP of the LFDS machine that is also in the DB (select cast(license as xml) from master_license
).
