If I have Check Box with Many Choices , I need to Checked Choices Depended on Another Inputs
You will need to utilize JavaScript to do this. Are you using Classic or Modern designer and what field(s) will determine what should be checked?
Classic , I have one Checkbox with 20 Choice , need to save data in SQL for New Request Record and us the same SQL record while Updating and change
You can use workflow to store the responses in SQL with something like this:
Are you Updating fields on the same form or invoking another process? Do the responses need to show in the same step or a different one?

This Form already Created , Incase user need to update after submit , need when user open new form to edit .... when reteriving data from SQL for Choices need the checkbox checked as shown
You will need to use javascript to populate the checkboxes. You can use a lookup rule to populate single line fields to pull in what was stored in SQL and then have javascript select the options that hold the values in each field. Are you using classic designer?
