Feature Request - Run Smart Fields Activity in Workflow so we can Automate Smart Fields for large business

Invoice Capture included an activity in Workflow to run the job, it never failed. Applying the template alone with smart fields does not always work. Having a reliable activity would help ensure the job runs, we know how long it takes, we know when it is complete.

Piling up loops of apply template, wait X amount of time, remove template, apply template, wait X amount of time would no longer be necessary.

The best way to deal with the wait is to create an extra Smart Field in your Template, Call it something like SMComplete, and in the prompt, use Populate with "COMPLETED".

The way that Smart Fields works is that it all of the fields are populated at one time, so the Completed will be populated at the same time as the other Smart Field values. Then in your workflow, you can use a wait for when SMComplete = "Completed". I've never had it not work, and no more having to deal with timers.

We have a customer that has had a field like this for 5 months now. It doesn't help in any way. When the job runs it does get set to Complete every time, but when the job never runs no fields get set because the job is not running.

You can put the Wait for Entry change activity in a Deadline and kick it out to a user for manual review if fields are not applied within a few hours or a day.

Well we just re-apply the template until the job runs. Why have a user do what the smart fields can do automatically?
