Idle Session Timeout in Laserfiche Cloud

posted on June 12

We have a customer requirement to automatically disconnect user sessions after a period of inactivity. Is this possible in Laserfiche Cloud environments?

We have been looking for a setting or documentation related to this feature, but we have not been able to find any information regarding it.

This is not currently possible. The feature is under active development with planned release for later this year.

What is the customer's desired inactivity period?

Thank you, Miruna,

The client's expectation is to manage the disconnection time as needed, similar to how it could be achieved in on-premise installations.

Hi,

Do we know if this feature will be included soon? I have a customer who has been on Laserfiche Cloud for quite some time, and they've only recently started reporting that some users are seeing messages that they'll be signed out unless they click the Continue button and I'm curious if something has changed.
