Hi,

I am facing collection issue on forms where values getting from workflow tokens. I am trying to delete blank rows from edit variables but not success, blank rows appeared on forms in collection. Kindly refer screenshot which blank rows populated.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Is your Collection set to Rows or to Append Data in the Advanced Tab
Can you show the workflow that is creating the Output Tokens for this table.
One idea could be to apply to the Token Editor>Apply Function>Remove Empty Values to the Output Token

Hi Steve,

Thank you for your reply. I have fixed the workflow tokens issue after that error occurred. I have set the apply index function to remove empty values for that particular tokens. Please find screenshot where i done the changes in tokens.

Please let me know how i remove blank rows from running instance.

In regards to the running instances, basically you would need to edit the Variable data in the BP Monitor for the running instances.

A more complicated route would be to modify the Bp to insert a new WF that you would trigger where that Workflow would cleanse the Data and return the new values

This function is not showing in workflow tokens.

I had already done the edit variables from BP monitor for running instances but not success. At this moment, i am touching the running process to modify the BP.

Hi Abhishek,

What is your Forms server version? Removing rows should be supported for Forms 12 already, would you try it out or is it not working still?

Hi Zhiyong,

Currently I am using Forms 11 version and not try to new version but this issue never happened past three years across the all process which i designed under forms 11. When i am trying to remove from editing variable but not success.

Please guide me if any another method to remove those blank values.

Forms 11 U5 should support removing rows as well, I'd recommend you file a support ticket with steps to reproduce your issue so we could have a deep look what's going wrong.
