Laserfiche office integration - Edit Word Online Missing?

I recently upgraded an user to a new laptop. Office integration 11.1.2601.902 and Webtools agent 11 11.0.2509.11 are installed on the machine. The edit with the Microsoft Word Online option is gone now, and only the Microsoft Word edit with the desktop is available. Before the laptop upgrade, the option is still there. The Edit with MS Word Online option was working before the new laptop deployment.  What file am I missing?

This is not a laptop issue. For self-hosted setups, editing with Word Online requires setting up the Office Online Server and does not use the Office Integration.
