Viewing completed tasks assigned to you but completed by someone else

I'm building a process that assigns an approval task to several users. All users have the same responsibilities, so they all have permission to approve or reject the task. When any one of the users approves/rejects the task, the process proceeds to the next step.

The issue is that some of the users want to review the form/task after approval. When one of the users approves the task, it goes to their inbox in the Completed Tasks tab. Apparently, it doesn't show up for any of the other users who received the assignment.

Is there a way to view completed tasks that you were assigned to, but which were completed by someone else? Other than assigning every user to a team?

Hi Daniel,

I think there is no way to do so unless they are all in a team and viewing them from team completed task. When task is assigned to multiple users, it's "Unassigned" status indeed, so someone must pick it up to be the task owner, and only owner can view it from completed task. Would you like to share about your use case, we may consider it a new feature request if applicable.

Hi Zhiyong,

It's a form that goes through multiple rounds of approval, and then goes to a committee outside the Laserfiche process/after the Laserfiche process has finished for final review. The form approvers want the ability to view the finalized form in order to summarize the results for the committee, but currently, since the approval task is assigning it to individual people instead of a team, only the individual who performed the approval has the ability to view the form through Completed Tasks. It fails to appear for everyone else.
