I have run into an issue setting up the Laserfiche AI Service in a self-hosted environment. Specifically, when setting up the service on a different server than the repository server, I can't get things working until I change the application pool identity to use a service that is recognized by the repository server machine.

I haven't done full vetting so I don't know exactly what the requirements are, and in one case I was able to set it back to the Application Pool Identity and it continued to work, but it looks like it needs to be a service account with rights to both servers.

This is not mentioned in the help files, which does include some other information about setting the service up on a separate computer. I'd appreciate if this aspect got added to the help files, too, and just what rights it does need (Windows only? repository?). And if something gets triggered that would then enable switching back to the app pool account.
