I am currently testing the new Forms app and is there a way to have the cloud account number and login information saved so the user does not have to enter it in everytime?

Hi Bill,

Biometic is now supported for Cloud as well in Forms Mobile app latest release (1.2.0), you can download it from ios App store or Google Play store, depending on your device. Let me know if you have other questions.

You can pass the customer id as part of the URL: https://signin.laserfiche.com/?customerID=####### . That will bypass the first login page and take the user straight to the username and password page.

I setup a test and only had to enter in my information the first time. My information stored if I closed the app but did not use the Sign Out button. When I used the Sign Out button, it did remember my Account ID, but I had to enter in my username and password again. Is it losing your credentials when you fully Sign Out or just after you close the app?

When I completely close the app I have to reenter everything including the account ID. To have users to enter it every time can be problematic. I would think the information should be saved and be able to log in with biometric.

Hi Bill,

You should be able to auto login as long as you didn't log out from settings page even after app is being killed, but if that does not work for you, I'd suggest open a support ticket for further help. Btw, the cloud session has some limitations so after some time, the previous credential will expire still even you didn't log out, this is expected and not what Forms Mobile app can control.

Biometic is something to be released in future releases.
