I built a small open-source toolkit to make testing Laserfiche modern Forms easier.

Who's this for? Anyone who's tired of repeatedly filling out forms during testing!

Modern Forms has no built-in way to save test data. If your form triggers a workflow or document merge rule, or anything else downstream from the Form, you end up hand-filling for every tweak.

What it does:

• Capture snippet — paste into your form's inline JS, fill the form once, hit Submit, and it captures every field value as JSON (via a bridge field, so no browser dev tools needed).
• Inject snippet — paste the captured JSON back in and fields auto-populate on load. Flip one flag to disable for production.
• API quirks doc — the non-obvious LFForm.* behaviors I've hit (e.g. findFields, getFieldValues, MultiLine validation gotchas) written up so you don't have to rediscover them.

We've used it on several production forms without issues, but haven't pushed hard on repeating sections, lookups, or file attachments yet — feedback and PRs welcome.
