I have a user who uses our scanner/printer to scan documents to a folder for her.  The scanner scans the document fine, and it's stored in the proper folder.  However, when she goes into Laserfiche and scans that document, she gets the following screen:

This document is a normal 8x11, but the result in LF looks like it's huge.  My user sets the printer to scan at 300 DPI, but this screenshot shows DPI dimensions of 2500 x 3000.

I'm not sure where to start with the troubleshooting of this.
