Laserfiche folder name space removal

Hello,

I want to remove space between folder and subfolder name. Below is the picture shows the folder name. (A 09 to A09) i have many same folder and subfolder and want to create workflow to remove space for all of them.

If you only want to remove the first space, you can do a Search Repository activity within the folder that contains these folders to find only the folders and subfolders that have a single character followed by a space, which would look something like this:

({LF:LOOKIN="\BaseFolder"}) & {LF:name="? *", Type="F"}

Then, within a For Each Entry activity, add a Token Calculator activity to generate the new name (with the first space removed)

Then a Rename Entry activity to rename it using the token you just generated.
