Scanning Laserfiche Version 11

I am testing the Kodak E1030 and am running into an issue with settings. Laserfiche will not save the scanner settings and immediately reverts back to default after scanning once. It doesn't seem to have the issue if I scan to my desktop, only through Laserfiche. Has anyone run into this?

Which scanner settings do you want Laserfiche scanning to remember?

Are you using desktop or web client? If desktop, for example, are you configuring settings in Scanner Properties? You could also try a different driver (TWAIN vs ISIS) depending on which you already use
