Canon 6130200 (R10) scanner

asked on May 6

Trying to get a Canon 6130200 (R10) scanner to connect to Laserfiche. This model does not come with drivers as it's just plug-in play. Is there any way to connect to Laserfiche?

Thanks,

Tony

You could try to install CaptureOnTouch which seems to have a TWAIN driver included, which - once installed - should list the Canon device under Scan > Choose Scan Source > TWAIN.

Or try the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) engine in Laserfiche Scanning or Quick Fields. Windows usually sees "plug-and-play" scanners through WIA.

Thanks for the info Gabriel, but this scanner is not an option for CaptureOnTouch. I did install for another scanner, but it does not find our scanner.

Hi Miruna, using the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) engine comes up with a popup saying "No WIA device is available."
