Unable to access any documents or folders within the repository

-Can you successfully connect to the repository DB (with the same user used in LF ) using SSMS?

-Check that all, including the repository DB is online in SQL: SELECT name, state_desc FROM sys.databases.

-Check that the SQL Server service is running.

-Check that there is available storage space on the SQL server as well.
