I'm trying to add some hyperlinks on my email body but for some reason, when I receive the email, the hyperlinks appear as text, so I cannot click on them. If possible, I would like to have the link contained in the word (for instance, if you click on TRV it redirects to the website).

I would appreciate any guidance in this matter, thanks in advance!
