Quick Fields 10 edits not saving

I have a quick fields user that frequently has to edit fields for documents. They state that after they make their edits and store the documents back to Laserfiche that the edits did not save? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi, could you please check the Quick Fields logs after performing the relevant operations, and attach a full log if have related log information for this issue?

Moreover, if there are no logs or they contain sensitive data and not able to attach, you could open support case for this issue. Please refer to https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1013993/quick-fields-technical-support-checklist and include the QF session and the outlined logs in the article.
