How to create a custom report of a specific user's statistics for an LF Forms process?

I've created a few reports, but I'm stuck on this one. The user's manager requests a statistics report on the following:

  • Number of invoices received by user per month, day, week.
  • Amount of time it takes to complete his invoice approval task.

 

Invoices are sent to users by our AP department. So, I need to be able to filter on user name and then see their daily, weekly, and monthly statistics on turn-around time and number received.

Are the users added as a field on the form? You might also try the monitor page where you can export instances or tasks and then summarize yourself in excel or other reporting tool

Yes, the user names are in a field on the form. If it's not possible to do with Laserfiche Forms reports, I will look into exporting data to Excel. Would it be possible to change this question to a suggestion/request for an enhancement to the reporting capabilities?

I can't change the topic type but I've noted it. Have you tried the operational dashboard or task load reports? You won't be able to get all metrics in one go but the manager would be able to monitor tasks in real time

I was able to create a spreadsheet, but it required some manipulation to get those text values for performance (such as 8 days 4 hours) converted to something that I could use to calculate averages. Anyway, now that I have a template I can use it for further analysis. We are limited on Full User licenses, so I don't give all managers licenses just so they can see the Monitor screen.
