AI service API key verifies but offline status

I'm trying to setup AI service on my dev server. It is live in production.
When I use a new API key, the page verifies the key, but I'm getting a status of "Offline."

This is an on-prem system, and a fresh install with the new version Laserfiche AI Service 12.0.2603.208. Any idea on how to resolve this?

Hi Lucas,

Can you perform a hard refresh of the web page? It's still showing a cached version of the page prior to the update to 12.0.2603.208. This is what it should normally look like.

If after the hard refresh, it's still showing as offline/disabled, please let your Solution Provider know and we'll open a new support case to investigate that matter.

I went in and opened the site in incognito mode and that seems to help. Thanks.
