@████████ Hi Duncan - wanted to follow up here to let you know the Forms app is now out on Android. Users with an Android device can install the app from the Google Play store.

For more details, I recommend checking out our new video - the section on the new app starts 1m 40s in. Feel free to check out this post for more links/resources as well.

For the Outlook Add-In for Office 365, is there a new app for this or is it using the same one as LF Cloud? If it's the same one, I am only seeing an option to Sign in with Laserfiche cloud. Do we know when the store will be updated with the new version?

Hi @████████! The set-up process for self-hosted is a little different - you can find the specific steps in the documentation here.

Is there any documentation (reading, not on-demand webinar) on what's new in Quick Fields 12? The Laserfiche 12 changelog linked in the post only mentions that it has some updates but has zero details. And of course the Quick Fields product page on the Support Site has terribly outdated information.

We had heard WebLink 12 would be part of this release but I do not see it in any of the documentation.  Do we know when WebLink 12 will be released?

There are currently no official plans for a WebLink 12.

It has shown up on multiple PowerPoints and PDF's all the way back into 2024. Below is the release timeline from the July 2024 Laserfiche 12 Preview where it mentions it coming in late 2025. It was pushed to the 2026 release at some point and I am wondering when we will receive it.

Additionally, Samuel Carson says they are tentatively aiming for 2026 in this post. In my speaking with Laserfiche in the last few months regarding some bugs/issues with WebLink 11, along with better search functionality, they have mentioned WebLink 12 still being on the radar.

I think they have gone back and forth on it. They originally said it would get the 12 upgrade and then heard on a webinar that they didn't have any plans to, but then in the Champions meeting this week they said they are currently evaluating it.
