I have an odd behavior with a forms process I was creating on our Laserfiche Cloud environment.    It seems like I have no starting form available the only fields i see in the start event is name and description.   I know when building I assigned a starting form.  When I try to delete the start action and add a new one, I only get the same options.   I have no clue what happened, but it seemed to do this when i published the process. 

I am very confused on this.   It was a simple process that I was designing with a coworker trying to teach her how to make her own forms.  We were right at the end of building the form when this happened.   We tried some test by viewing the form, now I don't even have the eye option.
