The user selects a process in the monitor window and then chooses the stop option but nothing seems to happens.

I am not sure why that is.

I checked their setup in the LFDS, I checked access rights for the forms process itself, I check set up in the Admin console as well. 

Everything looks fine. Another user is able to cancel the process. They are both set up in the same way and both are part of the same user groups except the one with the concern is a part of an additional group. But the set up for that group does not show any restriction.

Does some one have any suggestions for why this might be or steps to try?
