How do i set up a group on the Admin Counsel, so that certain users can see through Redactions?

The security is actually an Entry Access Right that is setup on a Folder or Document either manually or you could setup workflow to assign it as well.

This simple answer is to create a group in the Admin Console:

Then add the group to a folder in the repository and apply the rights:

If you want this to apply to specific documents, assigning it through WF would be better.

Thank you so much for replying so quickly. It was that right click on the folder to get to the "Access Rights" that I was missing. And I guess it takes about 30 minutes+/-, to go through and populate. Again, Thank You.

Depending on your setup, it can. You could setup a workflow to apply the rights for you.
