Is there a way we can view our smart fields usage by day? We are trying to track down some phantom jobs that are draining our account.

If you're handy with JSON and converting from Unix dates, the plan page actually pulls usage in 5 minute increments, then aggregates it for the UI. If you open the browser's developer tools and load the plan page, one call will says something like /SmartRequest.UsageCount?from=00:00_20251112&until=now&interval=5mi. The response is a JSON file with timestamps and counts for each interval.

It does seem we are getting double charged for a single document.
What is happening with Smart Fields is it just fails to do anything a whole lot of the time. So you apply the template, come back the next day and see nothing. Then you remove the template, reapply it and it works (sometimes) but appears to double charge you for 2 runs instead of 1.
We presented this to support and sales to ask for a credit for this customer on the overcharged runs, especially for a day when all of their documents were never processed.
