I want to either have this diagram like editable fields where each box can take in a numerical value, or if I can have an image to overlay the fields. Is this doable currently, or is there anyway where I can do that. And save the value.

Question
How can I overlay fields on an image in Forms modern designer? or make this diagram editable?

Since you can not set field locations by coordinates there is no built in feature for this. But you should be able to accomplish the same goal of presenting the information in the proper layout. Why not go horizontal and create 1 table with 1 row and 6 columns followed by another table with 1 row and 5 columns followed by a single field.
It is not impossible to do exactly what your trying to do but it would be via CSS to set coordinates and draw lines or match coordinates with a background image. If you give each field a class and provide these class names, along with the image, to chatgpt or claude you might be able to train it to generate the proper CSS.
Ideally though I would just go with a new table layout that communicates the data in the same way your existing diagram does.
Could you provide a little bit of context around what the diagram is for?
Is it dynamic at all? or will it always be this exact set of fields?
