Feature Request/Cloud Parity: Business Process Initiator

I would like the ability in Laserfiche Cloud Workflow to specify the initiator for a Business Process.

Example Use Case with the newly released Assignment Rules Feature: Excluding the process initiator from a team of potential reviewers, where any person in the team could have started the process in the repository.

When Workflow starts a business process, and said business process started with a Message Start Event, that starting form is bypassed. In the hypothetical review process above, a workflow runs and kicks off this review process when a document is created in the repository -- if this process could be initiated not by the workflow user but by, say, the user who uploaded the document to the repository, they could be automatically excluded from performing their own QC on the document in the task that follows the Message Start Event. This way, anyone in the QC team could upload a document, initiating the process, and you would know that person who uploaded the document would never be the person assigned to review it. The additional advantage to this system is the started Form could also be used to upload documents, so this process could be used starting from a Form or from the repository.

I think workflow's starting a BP allowing changing the initiator is pretty important for a ton of reasons. You bring up a good point about excluding participants in the task assignment rules, but I could also see it being important for that generated starting process to end up in a given user's completed inbox. This way the initiator can track the end-to-end progress of the task through their inbox.

That being said, specifically for assignment rules we are looking to add include/exclude users as a rule that would allow you to use process tokens. So in your example, you could just set an initiator token variable and then filter based on it. They wouldn't be set as the initiator but your process would work as intended.
